Holdall is a small tool for independent hotels and lodges. The desk enters what a guest has arranged once, at the moment it is arranged: the heli flight, the transfer, the massage, the bottle sent to the room.
From that one line comes the guest's itinerary, the emails and texts, tonight's post sheet, the operator statements and month-end reconciliation against the PMS. Nothing is retyped into a binder, a Word document, a group chat or a spreadsheet.
